VION Calendar is how a visitor asks for a meeting with VION Technology: choose the purpose (immersive web experience, in-vehicle UI prototype, real-time simulation, platform architecture, or something else), a day and an open half-hour — shown in the visitor's own time zone and clock — then a name, an email address and an optional note.

Open times follow the studio's working hours in Baku (Asia/Baku, UTC+4), weekdays, from twelve hours to six weeks ahead. The request goes to the studio, which confirms by email with an event file; a visitor may also allow a single notice on their device for the answer — nothing else is ever sent. The same calendar is on the main site's contact sheet and on the laptop in the STRATOS lounge.
