Everything on vion.technology, labs.vion.technology and music.vion.technology — the words, images and films, the 3D models, the VION Robot, VION Executive, VION STRATOS, VION OS, the interfaces, the software, the music and the sound — is the work of VION Technology, or is used under the licences credited below. None of it may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, scraped or used to train a model without VION’s written permission.

Trademarks
VION, the VION V, VION Technology, VION Labs, VION Executive, VION STRATOS, VION OS, VION GUARD and VION Music are trademarks of VION Technology. Other names belong to their owners and appear here only to credit them.
03
Patents and designs
VION Technology has filed patent applications for the operating system of the VION Executive concept vehicle (VION OS) and for the vehicle’s design, and for the VION STRATOS concept aircraft. Patent pending.
Reproducing or imitating these designs and systems is not permitted.
04
Concepts
VION Executive and VION STRATOS are concepts, shown as demonstrators. They are not for sale and not certified. Every figure — performance, range, dimensions — is a demonstration target, not a production claim.
The drive and the flight are simulations running in your browser, not guidance for any real vehicle or aircraft. Baku is drawn from open map data; the charging hubs and other services shown in VION OS are fictional.
05
Use of the sites
The sites and their demonstrators use real-time 3D graphics, animation and sound, and place a sustained load on the processor, graphics processor, memory and battery of the device that shows them. They are provided as they are, without any warranty of availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose or device.
You use them at your own discretion and risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VION Technology accepts no liability for any loss, damage or malfunction arising from their use — including heat, battery wear, reduced performance, crashes or loss of data on your device.
Some sequences contain rapid changes of light and flashing images. If you are sensitive to light or have a history of epilepsy, consult a doctor before viewing, and stop at once if you feel unwell. Reduced motion in your system settings shows the sites without their animations.
06
Privacy
We collect only what you send us. A contact form — such as the one on STRATOS’s laptop — sends your name, email address, company and message to VION, delivered through our email provider. We use it to answer you and for nothing else: it is not sold or shared for advertising, and it is deleted when it is no longer needed.
There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The sites remember your choices on your own device only: your language (a cookie shared by vion.technology and labs.vion.technology), reduced motion and sound (local storage), and what you have already seen during a visit (session storage).
The demonstrators run entirely in your browser: nothing you do in them leaves your device. If you allow motion sensing on a phone, it only moves the view.
To see, correct or delete what you have sent us, write to hello@vion.technology.
